Certi-Trust ™ inspection and control services help give users confidence in the use of facilities and equipment. These inspections are carried out in relation to regulations, specifications or internal customer requirements. They take place in 4 standardized stages: preparation, execution, communication, and follow-up of inspections.
Inspection Overview
Certi-Trust ™ inspectors perform inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and conditions attached to a contract or authorization, if applicable.
The “Preventive Control Inspection” task type assesses whether the preventive controls of the regulated party comply with regulatory requirements. This may include a regulated party systems approach that emphasizes prevention to ensure regulatory compliance.
This type of inspection is used to verify whether the product or thing of a regulated party complies with regulatory standards or requirements. It allows inspection personnel to analyze equipment, installation or product themselves according to inspection procedures specific to each industry.
Inspectors will use standard inspection techniques for inspections to gather information and verify compliance with regulatory provisions or conditions of authorization, as applicable. This information will be used to support compliance decisions, as well as any regulatory action when non-compliance is identified.
