For more than 18 months, in a very unprecedented context, most companies have had to rapidly and profoundly modify their habits and working methods to adapt to these changes, adopting new behaviors in order to guarantee the continuity of their activities, in particular.<\/p>\n

These organizational changes have had an impact on the majority of services worldwide and, of course, also those which, like Certi-Trust, concern the audit and certification of organizations, products or people.<\/p>\n

As a conformity and assessment organization, we have of course also had to evolve our assessment methods, regularly moving from on-site assessment to remote auditing, in order to better adapt to the obligations arising from this unprecedented situation, and the new challenges it poses, while continuing to deliver the same value to our customers.<\/p>\n

Thus, we have adjusted our activities to carry them out remotely whenever possible, and have put in place simple but rigorous rules to ensure that these remote activities can be a lever rather than a barrier when carrying out audit activities, namely :
– Assume that the objectives of a remote audit must be the same as those of a traditional on-site audit.
– Adopt best communication practices, in particular by confirming in advance to the auditee whether and how the technological tools enabling information transfer will be available and have sufficient capacity to serve the assessment need.
– Ensure that our auditors are familiar with the tools used for this purpose
– Adjust the planning of the audit program according to the context of the assessment and the specific situation of the audited organization \ud83d\uddd3
– To ensure that all certification requirements within the audited perimeter are covered as accurately and reliably as an on-site audit program could provide.<\/p>\n
